How does Resonant's pricing work?

After your free 14-day trial (no credit card required!), you pay one fee for access to the entire platform. We don't believe in charging you extra for being successful, so we don't charge you per user, or add credit card processing fees on top of Stripe's standard fees.

How does Resonant handle my data?

We take data security and privacy extremely seriously. All data is encrypted both at rest and in transit, and we maintain strict access controls, monitoring and auditing to the platform. Your client data is yours, and unless subpoenaed, Resonant will never access or share your client data without your permission. You can read more on our Security page.

Can I try Resonant for free?

Yes! Take advantage of our free no-credit-card 14-day trial and try Resonant for yourself.

I don't have any clients yet, is this for me?

Yes! If you're just starting out, Resonant can help. Between organizing your leads and potential referrers, helping you remember follow-up tasks, tracking your progress toward your certification milestones, and even giving you a lead contact form to link to from your website, Resonant will help you grow your business and save you time and energy.

I'd like to request a new feature. What do I do?

Get in touch!! Everything you see in Resonant started out as a feature request by a coach like you. We'd love to hear how Resonant can make your coaching business even more efficient and a source of joy for you, and build that.

How do I cancel my paid plan?

We're sorry to see you go! To cancel your plan, simply go to your Account Settings, click "Change Plan", then "Cancel Subscription".
